Puget Paving was founded by Gerald Gehring and Gwynn Dickson in 1977. They possessed nothing but a determination to perform quality work, deal fairly with customers and employees, and provide a good living for their families.
A Second Generation of Family Ownership
Adapting to Change
Now in its second generation of family ownership, our business has experienced dynamic growth. Puget Paving added civil/underground crews and asphalt milling capabilities in the 2000s, and asphalt mix production in 2013 to better serve its customers.

Puget Paving’s capabilities now far exceed those of its earlier years, but its commitment to dealing honestly has remained unchanged. As we look to the future we pledge three things: To provide a safe and supportive workplace where our people can grow, to provide quality infrastructure of superior value to owners, and to make a positive impact on the communities in which we live and work.
